Had several problems with a FTE on my used G17 and sent it in twice. They fixed it perfectly the second time around and no charge either time. Fast turnaround, too. The tech called me personally to get the rundown of my problem.

Yes glock has excellent service. They need it if they want to sell more than one g21 hand grenade.
It all comes down to this grenades are like potato chips nobody can get by with just one.

And it has always been great. I had several upgraded to plated parts during the early recall days. Very fast.

Most of the professional big time gun makers like SIG, HK and Glock have good customer service. Its the little guys like SW that dont.
Which one of our guys got a job at Glock as a tech not long ago?

What happens if you buy a used Glock, and the person who bought it didn't mail in the card that comes with it when it's new? Do you still get customer service?

See my post above. My Glock was a police-trade-in model. No problems.

Thanks for that info. I doubt I'll ever need their Cust. service, but It's there if i need it i guess.
