originally posted this in the handgun forum, but i need an answer quick, so i'll throw this in GD. i'm looking to buy a pistol online, and was wondering if I could have it sent to a local ffl without me going through the background check/waiting period first. in other words, can i buy the gun have it transferred and have the store hold onto it while i wait for the waiting period to end? |
