Are they still in business?
I e-mailed them days ago and received no response.
I called them several times today and got either their voice mail or a message that the number was not valid.
Now, I can't even get their web site to come up.
I'm in Iraq, so sometimes comms aren't the greatest.

Does anyone have any insight?

same thing here......... maybe they got hacked and shut down for a few days to repair.....

If your not a .mil kinda person or a .gov, they don't have time to talk to you. Just ask them.

Call them and see.

I wouldn't sweat the e-mail... I e-mailed them about sizing on something, they got back to me 1.5 months later

Their live help is good, when its up.

I got an email from them the other day, saying they were finally ready to ship some stuff i orderd a couple months ago.

Doesn't matter who or where you're at, they just take forever to get stuff out the door sometimes.

Someone finally answered their 800 number yesterday. I forgot to ask her what the heck was going on with their number. Two of the four items I wanted were in stock. Fortunately, they were the more critical of the two.
