Whats everyone been brewing?  
Whatcha got in the fermentor right now?  
And how did they turn out?

I've got a London Porter I just transferred today.  It should be ready in another 2 or 3 weeks.  And I just ordered a wildflower honey Mead kit today.  That comes with 12 Lbs. of honey to ferment.

5 gallons of imperial pale ale in the primary fermenter now.  5 gallons of a weird super hopped experiment in bottles.  I need to get into kegging, but have no cash.

I haven't brewed in a couple of years but my wife has been bugging me to do a batch. I'll probably do a steam beer.
BTW, I love mead, I've only tried other peoples, someday I'll make a batch for myself.

This is my first experiment into Mead.  But I've tried it and loved it.  A buddy and me are also talking about splitting a 15 gallon batch of Lambic beer.
