I think they do have some technology which jams the cellphone signals; pretty sure I read that somewhere.

call every cell number every 5-10 minutes or so, if you get lucky you might blow up the IED while the maker is rigging it up.

There is a whole Task Force working on such issues. What they are doing and how they are doing it isn't really something we should talk about. I know for a fact it has a very high priority, and "they" are drafting very bright people to work on it.

there is something that the military uses for that.
we had it on our humvee's. when it's turned on it will hopefully detonate ied's before vehiclse get to close.
