| So I slacked of the PT regimin for a few months but now I'm back to the routine a bit. Command PT 3-4x a week and I do my own running at home. I really feel so much better for the whole day if I run my ass of for 30-40 minutes in the morning. The rush just zips me through the rest of the day. But I get hungry as all hell after a good run, feel like eating a whole cow.. |
