I think that is a dealer sample of a Glock handgun/SMG. Glock does make a full auto pistol.

That IS NOT a Glock 18. It IS NOT a factory product.

That is a conversion to full auto. The protrusion on the back of the slide is a major part of the conversion. A Glock 18 has a selector on the side of the slide.
