The steak is a 1 1/2 inch T-Bone, marinated in Worchesterchire and Bourbon, and dusted with cracked pepper.
Grilled grape tomatos, onions, and portabello mushroom.
Grilled Sweet Potato with butter and brown sugar and cinnamon.
(I only used the brown sugar because it looked better)
Honey whole grain bread that my wife baked for me yesterday.

S&W 642 with Galco IWB Holster (my wife calls it my "girlie gun")
CRKT Crawford Point Guard (my favorite carry knife ever - perfect size and shape)
and the pride of my worksho[p: my Norm Abrams-signed yardstick for a measuring device. (I use it regularly)

I couldn't find where my wife keeps the cloth napkins, so cut me some slack.
The steak is bigger than it looks.  The plate is really a platter. Check the yardstick.

Never put anything 'wet' on a steak before grilling... it will only dry it out.
The finest steak houses mostly used dry-aged dry-rubbed beef to get them juicy and tender.

It was anything but dry.
It took 2 cuts of bread to clean up the juice.

And as far as the water... we had nothing else in the fridge
I almost went over to the neighbors for a beer, but he drinks Busch Light, so it would have been a lot of work for nothing.

By the way... a measuring device is a requirement for shot group measurement.
So, all you people complaining about excess items in dinner pics need to chill.
