The Colt Commando Revolver was a US Government Issue version of the Colt Police Positive made for US and overseas Allied fores during WW2. It primarily saw use amongst domestic plant guards, Air crewman, and pilots. The vast majority of the 50,000 Commando production run was shipped overseas to the English, who used the gun as a combat arm. While in essence the same thing as a Police Positive, Commandos have become quite scarce today due to the strict controls placed on them during domestic issue. Not many of them went home as souviners, unlike the M1911. The majority stock remaining has since been de-milled. It exists in 2", 4", and 6" versions with the 2" being the scarcest.

BTW- I'm also getting an orig. Broomhandle Mauser/Mauser contract in a couplea days. 7.63. YOu collect C&R shit, right? I's not a shitty Astra clone. It's all original German...
