Does anyone have any tips on how to shrink a flex fit / mesh hat.  I got the smallest size, but its still a little big on my head.

Unless it's cotton or wool you cant shrink it... Either way, for those fabrics, wash in hot water then air dry.

Soak it in hot water and throw it in the hot dryer?

its 100% polyester...........so it wont work?

Polyester shrinks 1%-3% MAX (the wonderful things you learn in college).

Start doing eyebrow lifts and wiggling your ears until you get the burn.

If you can't shrink the hat, expand your head.

Put a strip of foam or folded toilet paper/kleenex inside the band.
