A local FM talk radio station (94.3 in Charleston) is having a contest called Border Bucks, giving away $25,000. The ad I heard had Mexican music playing in the background. During the spot plugging the contest a little hispanic voice is heard saying, "I speet on your contest". The qualifying condition to win: Be a LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZEN!!!!!
