I smoked a 1/4 of Wild Boar on Friday and have quite a bit of Leftover pulled pork.Would it be OK to throw this in a Food Saver bag, seal it and throw it in the deep freeze for a later date?

Heck yes get some good zip lock freezer bags portion out the meat draw out as much air in the bag that you can ie. zip the bag down suck out the air zip it shut Good to Go to the Freeze for later enjoyment

Yeah, no problems there.  I would portion the meat into 8-10 oz baggies so you don't have to defrost a massive amount of pork in order to get at enough for a couple of sammiches...

We had BBQ last night,mmmmm

what he said- seperate it into quart bags-be sure to use the freezer bags
