It's no different as the commercial "Patch Hog" by Boretech, just cheaper and more compact. All depends on how you use them, I guess. Rifles and cars are illegal, too, if you use them the wrong way. |
Yeah, I know what you mean, but with rifles you know intent comes into play as well. Intent to manufacture an untaxed NFA item to be specific. That's the company I was thinking of. It's still on their product list, so I guess it was either resolved or determined to be a non issue. Thanks for the info! |
