then he gets what he wants... you down with that? life without parol, solitary confinement, like silverstein in leavenworth. in a cell lights on 24 hours a day, allowed no human contact, kept underground, never let out of his cell. he wants to die and become a martyr. i say keep him alive forever confined in a cell with nothing, no books, no tv, no radio, nothing, no contact. |

Couldn't agree more Larry. His fellow terrorists are a bit harder to convince. If we kill him, then he dies for his "cause" making him a martyr in the eyes of his crazy-assed cult. I'm a firm believer in the death penalty, but in this case we'd achieve the wrong effect. It wouldn't deter, only encourage them. |

I agree with no death penalty for this scumbag. Why give the enemy something they can use to recruit more terrorists with? I'm more for life in prison. Make him serve a couple of years as bubbas dick ornament and then have him commit suicide or die in a prison fight. |
There is no law that says we have to protect him in jail. He goes into gen pop like just about everyone else. At least he would if I was in charge. |
