Give your paychecks back. You didn’t earn it. That had to be the worst officiating I have seen in 30 years of watching pro football.

EDIT to add link for the bad calls this weekend.

shit, which game do you want to hear about. I saw some piss poor calls over the past couple weeks watching the playoffs.

Doesn't bother me though, not like the Cardinals lost their season due to poor officiating

they missed a call in the Bears/ Panthers game as well

Yesterday was absolutly horrible on both games.

I'm guessing the Colts-Steelers game, although I didn't watch the other one.

I could care less about either team, so hopefully my opinion is unbiased, but I have to agree.

That was definitely an interception by Troy Polamalu. The game should have ended there.

And then that was definitely pass interference on Reggie Wayne on the drive after the Colts got the ball back after Bettis fumbled.

I guess the two equal out a little bit. Regardless, it was a very exciting and entertaining game to watch. I thought Indy was done for sure at halftime.

Karma equaled everything:

Troy's interception was screwed up by the officials so the the "most reliable kicker in the NFL" was bound to miss. He doesn't even have an answer since he said he thought everything was good until he looked up---the karma forcefield went up.

Or maybe it was ?

+1

It was over before it began.

Being from Washington State I am a Seahawk fan. Been a fan since the late 70's. The Seattle/Washington game was the only game the officals seem to be officiating the same game I was watching. Just read the below link and read about the poor performance by the officals.

Boy, I agree. The bad officiating is all I was talking about this morning and I definitely don't have any favorite team in the playoffs. The worst was the "pass interference" call against the Pats near the end of the first half versus Denver. Without a doubt the Zebra's blew a lot of calls this weekend. Inexcusable for the playoffs.

I had no personal interest (favorite team) in the playoffs, but every game was terrible. It was the worst I've ever seen.

I wasn't terribly concerned by who won the Denver/N.E. game (I slightly favored Denver because my Dad is is a fan), but a strong case can be made that Denver got at least ten points off of piss-poor calls by the refs.

If that was called PI, then every contested pass in the NFL should be PI. That was about as clean as it gets; they were both going for the ball.

I don't know. Didn't look like the defender turned around to look for the ball, but then I was ripping some paneling down in another room, making it into my reloading/gun room , so I didn't see the replays.

I forgot about the other bad PI call earlier in the game too. The fox article above talks about it. Don't get me wrong, I think the Steelers still deserved the win. They played better than Indy yesterday.

Absolutely agree.
I watched both AFC games and I haven't seen such poor officiating in a while.
Not sure where they got thse refs, but they need to throw 'em back.

With the way the officals were calling the games I think that the Steelers/Colts game and the Broncos/Patriots game could have gone either way. I hope next week they gave a good pair of glasses on. Might see a riot or two if they dont.

NEW YORK (AP) - The NFL said the referee made a mistake: Troy Polamalu caught the ball.

The league acknowledged Monday that Referee Pete Morelli erred when he overturned on replay Polamalu's interception of a Peyton Manning pass Sunday in the playoff game between Pittsburgh and Indianapolis.

It seems to me that the officiating has got progressively worse.
And that idiot Tagliabue won't do anything about it, like hold the refs responsible for starters.
