My son is still sleeping, so I am enjoying this rare moment of quietude.  Also gives me a chance to down some coffee before he opens his toy gun.

Been up all night, nothing else to do. I'm about to go to bed though. We're having Christmas over at my aunt's place at 4:00.

Merry Christmas, and to all a good night morning!

I'm at work. We (Wife, kids and I) got up at 5:30am to do our christmas. Meeting them across town at the in-laws at 3pm, going to my Grandma's directly thereafter, then to my Parent's.
It sucks that I'm stuck at work, but doubletime and a half makes up for some of the lost time.

Don't have any young kids in the house any more.  My daughter spent the nite but I'll have to go and wake her and the wife up later so we can open the gifts.

I spent Christmas eve with my kids , but this
morning I'm all alone .  They are 17-19  so it's not
like Christmas morning was like when they were
little .

So if you have young kids , make damn sure you enjoy
every second of times like these , because sooner
then you realize they will be gone .

Don't read this wrong . I'm not sad , just reminiscing

Well, I am working because my wife and I had a baby earlier this week, and I am letting the guy who has covered for me for the past several days and the next couple spend Christmas at home (he was supposed to work this morning)

Ain't it sad that I'm looking at arfcom at 6:45 AM on Christmas morning?

I've got three kids (15, 13, 9) and at least they don't wake us up at 3:00 AM anymore...

Merry Christmas, Everyone!!
