i really liked the first one. I just couldn't stand their gun sound fx. Horribly done...

Plus, remember the blood from the killed lycan went down in to marcus' grave, and at the end of the movie he wakes up with those hybrid eyes.

I wish I had seen the first one in the theatre. It didn't interest me at the time.

I hope there is some continuity in this one though. I really hate disjointed sequels.

If it is twice as good as the first Underworld, it will still be a crappy movie. Whatshername in slinky outfits is about all that made the first one watchable.

The DVD with the directors cut (or extended version or whatever) was even better than the theatrical version, so rent that if you decide to see it.
