Let me preface this post with the following facts: I am 43, 5’10”, and 173 lbs. I exercise by riding my bike to work 3-5 times a week even in the winter (10 miles). My usual breakfast consist of a bowl of hot 12 grain cereal (7 grams fiber), whole wheat toast and a glass of milk or 100% juice. This morning I discovered the wife bought a role of Jimmy Dean Sausage. She got two actually on a buy-one-get-one and had a $1.00 off coupon. Hey, she has the first nickel she ever earned…. So I whip out my Sog and cut the end off. I make a patty and fry it up with an egg and pancake on the side. Sweet mother of God that is some good shite |
