Got a call from a very upset woman who was trying to get in touch with Iraq tonight, her husband had just died she said, didnt get much more info but seemed somewhat obvious on what it might be. I did setup all her phone plans so she could make her calls, didnt do the script for anything we are supposed to do for setting up long distance, made sure to get her stuff setup right and fast for her. I even made sure to watch the account after to make sure everything went through right. If quality listened to it they will give me hell for it, but I wasnt going to drag her through 10 mins of unesscary things. |
