duh, old vinyl cracks when cold. I was scraping off the built up ice on the dog door and I bent the vinyl, oops Gotta order the replacement vinyl flaps now ETA: considering this is the worse part of my day it ain't too bad

yup it do sucks when that happens. hopefully you can find a peice real quick to replace it.
