A local morning show was talking about this video. They claimed that it was done by security forces who were out looking for "some fun". I think that maybe these cars were being chased and that is how they resolved the situation. Dupe, All of the american vehicles are marked with warnings to stay back. When vehicles closed they were warned off. When vehicles like the van in the video continued to close they were engaged until they stopped. VBIED's are a big problem over there. ETA: I dont have GD search, otherwise I'd post the link. |

Its a possibility, but no one really knows. From what I have heard most of the security companys dont allow videocameras to roll from the vehicles in order to avoid issues like these. |
