Tuesday 11/29/05:  Tuesday, a federal judge sentenced Charles Walker to jail for 121 months.  That's 10 years, and one month.  After his jail time, Walker will spend 3 years on supervised release.  Walker showed no visible emotion as the sentence was handed down.  In addition the to jail time, he will be forced to pay restitution totalling $698, 046.89.  


Former Senate Majority Leader, Charles Walker, faces sentencing today.

In June, Walker was convicted of 127 federal counts of fraud and conspiracy.
