how do i change the default program to open pictures with. when i click on a pic i have stored on my computer it opens up in photo shop program.i want to change it so when i click on a pick it opens in another picture program by default.
how do i change it?

double click on my computer > go to tools > then folder options > then click file types

The program you want to set as default. To help with your choice, choose whether you wish mainly to view the pictures or edit them.

figured it out, go to properties of pic and you can change the open with,under the properties and it will change it there for all pics.
