If you're using Photobucket, use the "clickable thumbnail" option. That will help.

Right click and Open with Paint.
Click on Image button and go down to Stretch/Skew.
Change horizontal and vertical %s with the same number and Save As the pic so you don't rewrite over the original pic.
There's better ways but this is fast for a virgin.
