I was hoping an ARFCOM member could help me out ?

I have a PDF file that I would like to convert into a jpeg or similar, so I can crop and host the image online in a post.

I am not sure if I need and special software, or if I am just unaware of the abilities of the stuff I have.
I don't have any special software besides the basic stuff that comes on a Dell computer.

Thanks in advance!

pdfs can be opened by photoshop and rastered as a jpg

you get a dialog where in, you spec the size & dpi and it renders an image

post a link to the pdf and i will do the conversion for ya

Just click on the icon that looks like a camera. Use the mouse to box up what you want and copy it to the clipboard. Then open MS photo editor, or whatever you use, and paste on a blank page. Adjust page size and save as .jpg.
