Recently the SCOTUS struck down the state laws prohibiting the importation of wine and brandy across state borders. Some states however still have their bans in effect, somehow. Anyone know a good list of states you can receive interstate wine shipments in? I live in Mississippi and the wine laws are RIDICULOUS. I have a feeling I can't take advantage of the new SCOTUS ruling. I hate these archaic laws. |
