Probably going to be getting a new, LARGE TV soon. So many choices out there.
What style should I get? HDTV, of course.
Plasma?
Projection with the DLP chip?
And what brand name?
I want a large wide screen, that is reliable, and offers great value.

I would go with a Plasma. I have a 50" JVC, and I love it. I wouldnt trade it for 20 DLP televisions.
As far as brand name, definately check out JVC. Much better than sony, and most others out there.

They supposed to get alot cheaper in the next few years.
They had some of those 42inch ones on the Sams clearence table for about $1100 but I didnt get one

I'm wondering if I should just get the very inexpensive (now) regular rear-projection TVs and wait for the prices to come down more on the HDTV/Plasma/DLP ones.
