did he prophesize this?

because if thats he predicted the NOLA flooding, thats a no brainer that any body with a brain could predict. Hell, I even saw a show on Discovery that predicted this shit. Any city below sea level isnt going to be a city for much longer. IMHO, they were morons for building that low and relying on poor levies to keep the water out.
