Just a thought. The water table in NO is really high. Cemetaries have the deceased "buried" above-ground in tombs and such. So if you flood it, do the bodies wash out into the streets? People are talking 'bout zombies and such...... Isn't this going to be one hell of a health problem? Just wondering. Midwinter (looters)
