Will the server at work running internet explorer log in its cache Mozilla history?

Your question doesn't make much sense.

Proxy server?  You're using IE from a server?

If your on a work PC and the IT wants to see where you have been, they can. So if you shouldnt be here, dont while at work. Simple as that.

In most large companies, there is a log generated at the ROUTER that records ALL traffic.  There are management and reporting tools that allow the IT folks to sift through these logs and find stuff easily.

Bottom line: assume anything and everything you access on a work computer to be recorded, because it probably is.

No to your specific question. But if your office is big enough to have an I.T. Geek / Department, then ABSOLUTELY, they can see every single link, image, timestamp, and PC you log in on. EVERYTHING.
IF they want to.

EVERYTHING.

Really depends on
A) How their network is setup
B) If they care

If they care, then absolutly. Plenty of tools (many even free) that would allow them to do so. They could even be watching your screen without your knowledge.
