what do y'all pay to go shooting?  i've seen some pretty rediculous range fees mentioned here...  one was $36 an hour.

i usually go to a range that charges $3 per rifle/pistol all day, and $6 per shotgun all day.  or i go to a friends property and shoot for free.

$35 a year. That gets you 200yd rifle with about 25 spots under a roof. 50yd pistol w/ same number of lanes and a bow range without a roof.
No work days and I'm usually alone.

Hundreds of miles of open desert for free when I choose.

However, I do belong to an outdoor range as well. $39 per year. Locked gate which you let yourself in and out.

After 5 continous years as a member, I believe it is free or $15/ yr. I have 1 more year at the $39 rate.

A couple 300 yrd targets, several steel rails for placing targets during .22 matches, various steel targets at various ranges. Great hills and sand for open 4 wheeling right next door.
