Having an issue with my Audiovox 8910 (verizon service). Shut it off last night, plugged it in to charge. Turned it back on this morning and now a message flashes saying "Please wait, user date is being restore.....[7]". Called verizon, they have not clue. Any suggestions? I alread tried removing the battery for a few minutes and putting it back on. |
| Software issue. Does VZW have a service tech at any of the stores in your area? We have a tech that can solve most issues.. May need to go back to mfg. When they do Audiovox most likely will replace. Ive got a program at work that replaces certain models with problems. I have sold a fair amt of the 8910 and have had zero issues with them. See if VZW has a loaner program to keep you talking, while your 8910 is repaired or replaced. |
