How does one write an official will? Do I write down what I have and who it goes to and then get it notorized? I want to have one just in case. Thanks.

I'm assuming you don't have a lot of assets, or you wouldn't be asking this question. Find a format online, get it witnessed and notarized, and give a copy to the people who will need it.
