What do you married guys use to help maintain your "performance" level as you approach middle age? Not pill form, but rather normal ways to just, um...you know.......it allows you to enjoy more pie ................more often ![]() Sometimes I'd like to have a second slice after a nice dinner but........... | Well, I'm just about the same age you are, and, believe it or not, my girlfriend and I have enjoyed a rather significant improvement in "stamina" over the last year or so! w00t! I've been getting more exercise, eating better, drinking WAY more water than I ever did, and generally taking better care of myself. It pays off in the sack, that's for sure! |

You do chores, hang drapes and blinds, paint stuff, and generally make the place better for the SWMBO and you get "credit" in the PIE BANK. Of course unlike a real bank you can only withdraw on the "bankers" terms. ![]() And sometimes the balance sheet don't add up. Lot's of deposits, not many withdrawals . . . .

Just so you know, I wasn't insinuating Sarge, I have no idea what you look like. With you height and weight your Body Mass Index (BMI) is in the normal range, so that shouldn't be an issue. My second suggestion would be some toys, videos, role playing...something to spice things up. Have you talked to your wife about wanting to go extra innings??? I'm sure she'd be receptive to the idea. I had to run this very same thing by my wife one time and she had to work a little overtime to get me going again. |

First thing you need to do is talk to her about it and see where she stands. I am sure she can come up with some help. You should know what she likes by now and I am sure if she has the ideathat you are wanting second that she will help out. Regular exercise of both body and mind, by body I mean more than arms and legs. Eat the right foods and get your rest. Pick one night out of the week for a plan. I like Wednesdays, we call it hump day. This doesn't rule out any other time, but it does make you aware that you both have a goal in mind. Sometimes we have to put it off for a day or two depending on how she is feeling and she travels a lot sometimes during the week and may need a night to recoup.There are some herbs that will help, but you said no pills. |

The same things that contribute to arteriosclerotic heart disease can contribute to decreased lebido and performance. A decent 'heart healthy' diet, regular exercise and a daily baby asprin can go a long way towards preventing or mitigating both. Being in decent shape helps with all sorts of activities. decent strength, especially in the abs, can lend itself to all sorts of creative stuff. Besides, looking decent makes your partner more interested, which can lead to you being more interested... great cycle. |

Well im 36 and I run 5-8 miles a week. Sex twice a day is pretty easy for me (morning and night). Your fine after the first inning I need a few hours before I can swing the bat again. All you need is exercise, it will get the blood pumping and help everthing else. If all else fails get Viagra, my 65 yrs old Dad likes it. And toys are fun also, duct tape, ropes etc FREE |
