I don't know where you got it originally. I downloaded it. If you can get a copy of 7.1 uninstall 10 and reinstall 7.1. Should work.
I have 10 now, and while it is different I think it still works good enough to keep.

If you have a Dell, it probably came with it so check the CD pack that came with your computer. My Dell 8100 Dimension came with Jukebox (purchased May 2001).
