| i went to a local show with a few of my buddies last month. while we were there he picked up a case of wolf and about a half dozen ak mags labeled as east german. we go out to the range 2 days later to test out his new toy and to our surprise all the spot welds were broke off 1 of the bran new mags. we just slipped it back into the bag and loaded the other mags. after shooting the first round and reloading the mags we noticed the spot welds on another mag were almost all broke and the mag woudnt feed right because of it. the welds were coming loose at the lips that hold the mag into the receiver. ha and i have both called and talked to both guys that run the place, including the guy that sold him the mags at the show. they both said they would send him a return package and replace the defective mags. well over a month later and still no word. keep in mind they are only like 60 miles away so there really shouldn’t be much of a delay in shipping. we all have bought thousands and thousands of rounds from them at the shows in the past but they are going to loose that business at least. i just love when companies stand behind what they sell and have good customer service. just wanted to give you guys the heads up that these guys are not one of those companies. |
| I would drop the company a line and ask them where is your mags. Remember everything now is imported, and they maybe out of stock or having some other problems. But realistically, its a good thing that you guys shot those mags, other wise you will find out much later they don't work so good. |

Raven, I just talked to everyone that answers the phone and no one here knows what you are talking about. Please call me so I know who you and your friend are. If I cannot take care of the matter right away then I deserve the bad press. As of now all I know is that someone is defaming my company and I have no idea who you and your friend are. We have no record of any calls not to mention a dozen calls about these mags. I am a proffesional and so are my employees. Raven, Do the proffesional thing call me 1-800-432-0255 before accusing the integrity of this company. Robertcu (Spelling edit) |
I've had great luck with them! ( they even sent me things they shouldn't, but I'll never tell
And, they are here trying to solve your problem- on their first post! |
Damn. Sounds stand up to me. |
+1. Give the guy a call, I'm sure he's willing to work something out. Most dealers here are very professional and will take the time to make things right. |

Probably because they didn't know they were being "talked about". The Internet is BIG. I have had a few EXCELLENT transactions with ammunitionstore.com and would not hesitate in the least to recommend them as "one of the good ones". |
Naaahh. They've worked hard to make sure everybody gets what they want, when they want it. He's not doing PR work, he's doing customer service...as it should be. |
or....Raven_Fire's FOS. ![]()

I think they will be at BulletFest. I am not sure if matters could be settled there, but you could meet them and it would be a start! |
