I originally posted this in the AR discussion board by mistake and didn't know how to move it here.

I need a Tactical Thigh Holster for a Glock 19 in tan. No one seems to make them. What other holsters can a Glock 19 fit?

Can a 19 fit in a holster for a 17?

Talk to these guys. If you read the fine print it states that black is the standard color, but other colors are available upon request. There's a Military/LE discount too

I tried them first but they said they don't have one for a 19 and you ahve to order in groups of 25 or more to get special colors. Blackhawk said the same thing.

I wonder if Fobus ever plans on changing from their traditional black kydex.....

They seem to make plenty of Glock holsters.

What about painting it tan? Probably a stupid question. Try emailing Mike at Talon Tactical (www.talontactical.com) he has a lot of experience with kydex holsters and Glocks in particular.

someone correct me if I am wrong,
but I think a glock 19 will fit in the #17 holster.

the 19 has a shorter barrel, and the pistol grip/mag well is shorter - but otherwise dimentionaly the same.

These are currently my fav leg rigs. The kydex gives me a ,ore crisp feeling draw than nylon (HSGI).

I have two in woodland. One for a 19/17 and one for a 21 with M6 light/laser. I highly reccomend them.

I have a High Speed Gear tac holster for my Glock 22. https://www.highspeedgearinc.com/proddetail.asp?prod=HSG-DH

I have a blackhawk drop holster for my 1911 but I like the High Speed holster beter.
