The 1st time I had sliders I bought an 8 pk in the grocery store frozen. I liked them so I went to the castle & bought about $10.00 worth to take home & freeze. I had a few to eat on the way home & they were terrible! I was very dissapointed that they weren't as good as the frozen ones. NowI live in Texas & we have laws to protect us fom white castle.

You don't know how to have fun. You ever hear of a grocery store or library? Eat a bunch and then hang out at either place. The fun is watching an unsuspecting person walks into an organic mine cloud. |
| I would fucking love it if we got one here in Ft Collins. The westernmost one I am aware of is in Joliet, IL, and when we travel east we ALWAYS stop there and get a crave case or two. Same with on the trip back. I can hammer 17 of those fuckin cheeseburgers and a small fries. Mmmmmm. Binds me up for a day or two though. |
Nearest one to Texas is Nashville, TN. Furthest one I have ever been to is in Nassau, Bahamas. |
I only eat Whiteys once or twice a year, but when I do, it's definitely the Crave Case.  A cardboard suitcase filled with burgers is the most awesome invention EVER !!!  The wheel was pretty good, and the Saturn V rocket was cool - but the Crave Case trumps them all! |

It's a love / hate thing. Some folks absolutely love 'em, while I and others think they are just plain gross. I remember the first time I had a White Castle Burger ( after hearing years of hype ) the first words out of my mouth were, "What the fuck? People like this shit???? This is fuckin' gross! Ptoeey!!" In-N-Out Burger.....there's another WTF???? I waited 8 million years for the famed INO Burger to come to Phoenix, AZ and for WHAT??????? Shit, a Sonic Jr. Burger is hundred times better!!!! INO ain't bad per se....but.....I found them rather bland, to say the least.....and their fries were pretty damn dull, too!!! |
don't worry, we eat so much of this fattening shit, the country is gonna tilt and you'll just roll right up to the front door! love white castles! i sprinkle salt on mine, sometimes a dab of mustard and relish...i'll eat 10-15 without even thinking about it!

Well to all you non believers, White Castle has a religion based around it here in Jersey I belong to a radical cult myself Usually on an average weekend we all hangout, play video games, hit he local clubs, and sacrafice a virgin in the name of the holy SUPER SLIDER MAKER. ALL HAIL!!!!

I love White Castles. I grew up in New Jersey and ate them all the time. When I turned 18 I had to leave because the place sucked so bad, but I do miss a lot of the good food there. We are getting a southern version in San Antonio this fall. Krystals. I hope they are as good.
