Don't forget to watch tonight! Even though it's just a cop drama on TV, I still liked the show for the entertainment value. Kinda sad to see it end. Third Watch |

That was the last episode of the best cop show on TV for the past five years. Maybe the best show on TV, period. Excellent writing and story lines. For the life of me, I'll never understand how good dramas like that get canned and idiotic reality shows run on, and on, and on.

It was heroic when the guy in Independence Day did a kamikazi on the alien ship. It's all about the context Suicide bomber blowing up little kids = scum Soldier/cop sacrificing themselves to take out enemies = hero |
I agree. I liked 3rd Watch, It was a decent show with a good cast. Although some of the episodes were far fetched, it reminded me of Hill Street Blues. I can't stand all the reality tv B.S. I guess that's why I'm hooked on The Shield & Rescue Me. C Ya later Bosco & Sully....

Yeah, I thought the context was off. Taking out alien/foreign invaders is one thing, murder by govt. agents w/o due process is another. And the voice-over said her actions took a bunch of guns off the streets
