So, I coughed up $20 for a team membership, and got the email saying Im good to go....

How to I set up my avatar?

It may be really obvious, but I haven't found it yet. Thanks.

Go to "Photo server" in the center column menu. Log in. On the left there are links to avatar and bio pic.

It's entirely possible. This site is far more difficult than any of the others I frequent, taking more steps to do simple operations.
