Yupp. Originally I picked the 2 of clubs but upon the second flicking I did see the 4 of hearts and changed to it ... and he got me.  I picked 21. |

There are two of his tricks I don't get, one he asks a lady off the street (maybe she is in on this, I don't know) to pick a card. She picks a card and puts it back in the deck. He then throws the deck of cards at a restaraunt window and he card is stuck to the window on the inside. The thing is you get to watch the whole thing. The second one is basically the same, except he asks a girl in a bar to pick a card, she sets her beer down behind her on a table, she picks the card puts it back. He asks her to grab her beer, and her card is in the bottle. Please explain those to me, thay have had me puzzled for a while. |
| what about where he pulls the head of a live chicken, holds the body kicking in one have and the head making sounds in the other. Holds them fat apart too. Then he put its back on and the chicken is fine. And when he floats or makes cards or objects appear on people hands and pockets, I wanna see it for myself to fully beleive it |

The floating is easy. First the commercials are a camera trick, they lift him up with a chain and only show his lower half rising about a foot off the ground. When he 'floats' in front of an audiance, you notice he only comes off the ground a few inches. He does this with a shoe on one foot with a fake sole. He stands at an angle to you and at a small distance, then he simply stands on one foot. Because the sole on the other shoe is still on the ground it looks as if both feet are in the air. The live chicken is simple also. The trick is it is done with a chicken and a dove. Dove's can bend their necks parallel to their bodies, so you just cup the dove in your hand (ever notice he does almost all of his magic with a jacket on?) and bend the chickens head down when you grab him, so you are holding two birds that look like one, then simply pull them apart. When you ppu t it back together, you let the dove slip back into your sleeve and just release the chicken head. That trick is also done using just a dove. He appears to rip the dove's head off and put it back on. This trick is so simple it's stupid. He just uses a fake dove head. ETA: I don't believe in magic Sarge, sorry. Also, the ashes in the hand trick is simple. He asks you to hold you hands out, you do, he then moves them up a little bit. When he moves your hands up he touches the inside of your palm with cigarette ash from his finger. He then tells you to make a fist and he transfers the ash. |

| Tape the show and watch it in slow motion. When you grab the chicken, it doesn't matter where you grab him. Notice he twists the head off, or at least gives it a half twist, this is the switch. When he twists the head of the chicken, he simply folds it back, and releases the head of the dove. If you watch him is slow motion (and even then it is hard to see, this guy is that good) you can pick out most of his tricks, but like I said there are a few that still get me. |
yep that makes sense. Know anything about when he tell people to think of a person and a car drives by with the persons name sprayed on the side? or when made alot of water pour out of a leaf? he just had a tank top on |

The name on the truck trick has a few variations, like the name on the arm or chest. This involves three people, the magician, the volunteer, and an assistant that never gets mentioned. It works like this, for the truck trick there is more set up. First off, the truck is his and is just sitting in traffic waiting for a signal. He asks them to think of a perso, place, or thing, and usually he has them write it down, although sometimes it is done without writing it down. In every one of these tricks he asks them to show or tell someone else to prove that it is infact the name or place or thing. The trick is simple his assistant watches or listens, the information is relayed to a team member with the paint (or the magician if he is writing it on his skin) and they paint the truck and drive it by. Painting the truck only takes a few seconds, and it is always sloppy because they have to do it so fast. It is done to look lilke it is in normal traffic. This trick doesn't always work, they do get it wrong from time to time. When he is writing it on his chest, usually after burning a piece of paper, he simply wrote on his chest, very quickly, with a water solvent substance. When he burns the paper and smears it on himself the name appears as the ashes stick to what he wrote. The water from the leaf is a prop trick, meaning the place he pulls the stunt is not random at all. He has everything set up, and it is simply slight of hand. Again he angles himself in a way that you can not see what is behind his hand, which is a small tube, somewhere there is a bab with water in it and he simply steps on the bag to make the water pour. Another version of this involes the bag of water being on his person with a small tube attached to a elastic string, again he positions himself so you can't see behind his hand and when he grabs the leaf he also pulls the tube from his pocket, then he (if his is squating down) just puts presure on his pocket with his leg by bending slightly forward, if he is standing you won;t see what his other hand is doing, as it is squeezing the bag of water. Also remember this is a tv show and it is edited, they don't show you the mistakes, he does make mistakes. |
