HI, For a laptop, Waht program could I use to keep a list of service calls? I would like it to be able to click on a day (Friday) and have it show me the name, addy and what needs to be done at that location. I would enter them in order to spped up drive time and show me who/what is the next call. I need to be able to list about 30 per day. I dont know enough about PC programs to know what to use for this. Thanks for your time. |

Sounds like almost any calendar program would work. I use outlook at work and home and it suits me fine. I betcha it'd work just fine for scheduling/recording service calls. I know theres some freeware stuff out there too that would be adequate. Check out pcmag.com download section I'd think searches for schedule, datebook, and calendar would get you some decent results. And in my experience, the freeware stuff doesn't hog up as much system resources as the fancy expensive stuff.  Good luck! |
