All the $$$ have been spent, and there was never a penny invested in any asset which would earn interest or have value. Instead it's a government IOU with no collateral. I wish someone would give be a $11 trillion load with no collateral.

Gone, spent, used over the years. One thing is for sure, if you're under 55-60 i sure wouldn't depend on SS to retire at all. Invest wisely in your 401K's & IRA's.
