My grandparents live in Yuma, Arizona and they now have prairie dogs in/around their RV and need some help gettin rid of em. No shooting em is not an option, neither is tannerite. Any help would be appreciated

If there are no pets nearby, you might try poison peanuts. They use them here for moles. Either that or a .177 caliber air pistol.
Heeeeyyy...come to think of it, Quiet shooter could probably handle that for them. I'm thinking he might like a trip to Arizona.

poison some oats. I've also seen cage traps for them.

What about a tail pipe, a garden hose, and some duct tape...?
