I was bidding on an M1 Garand earlier and I won but with the reserve not met. I just got an email from Auction Arms saying something about a haggle. Does that mean that the seller want's to haggle or is it just Auction Arms telling me I have the option to ask the seller to haggle?

I really don't know that one. I would just ask the seller his price. I have notice Auction arms loosing business to Gunbroker lately. Maybe a good time to get something cheat at AA.
