I was expecting him to support MMP because he don't illegal immigration at all and has made that known through words and actions before. I just never expected to see him actually sign up for the MMP.

I guess it posses a question though. Does his involvement change anything? Does it lend "legitimacy" to the MMP?

He's the only politician I know of that seriously opposes illegal immigration.

The MMP will be vilified everywhere because it's not PC.  I can guarantee you Tancredo will win his next election in a landslide, though.

I dont know why it is so difficult for politicians to understand how fed up Americans are with illegal immigration.  No one will touch the issue, except for Tom Tancredo.

Rep.Tancredo has been on the right side of this issue for a long time.He may very well be setting himself up for higher office.I would vote for him for POTUS

No chance.  The GOP establishment is firmly on the side of tolerating illegal immigration.  Until that changes, Tancredo's a gadfly and not much else.

Sadly, you are correct.
