Are there any good quality red dot sights in the $200 price range? If so which ones?

an OKO or a Nikon might be your best bet in that range...but they arent that cool.

and the Tacpoint seems to be a popular choice these days, but I dont know anything abou them

But if I was you I would spring for just a bit more cash and get an EoTech
