okay, I know a form 1 is to make a firearm of your own, but what is the difference between a form 3 and a form 4 and a form 5?   Thanks

F3 is for a dealer to dealer transfer. Form 4 is what a private individual has.

I bought my M16 from an estate. It was on a Form4. Gun goes to my dealer then to me on a Form4.

If the same gun was already in a dealers hand. Itd be on a Form3. It would go to my dealer on a Form3.. Then to me on a Form4.

My SBR is ona Form1 because I am the maker. If I ever sell it, it goes on a Form4 for the transfer..

Sounds complicated, but not really..

Not sure on your Form5
