I bought a house. I am glad I was in the first phase of the development. The houses in the second phase went up $38K. Housing prices here in general are going through the roof. As soon as I get all of the boxes out of the garage I will have a place to work and hopefuly reload. I don't have a membership (I need to sign-up again) can someone post pics for me?
