I think he's guilty as sin and will be convicted this time around. Why? Because GENERALLY SPEAKING where there is smoke there is fire, and his camp has been somking for years now. What do you say? |

I honestly don't have a fucking clue anymore. I agree with the smoke/fire thing, but just when you think he's been proven innocent, a new fire breaks out, and just when you think he's been found guilty, the fire turns out to be arson. The opening remarks that were released today sure were interesting. The mother of this kid called up Jay Leno and scared him so much, he called the sheriff and said "Something is wrong with this lady, she is looking for a mark." I bet there may be a little truth on both sides of the story, MJ is a freak, and the mother/family is trying to get $$$$. |

You folks should know better. Most of the charges against Jackson is based on a film documentary(remember our "friend" Mikey Moore?). These people are out to sell advertisement not justice. Most of us are gunners who say that they were persecuted by the news media, we should know better than to run with the lynch mob. At this point all we heard is speculation and hearsay from the news media. Remember, the news media is not our friend. Remember if you're sitting in the jury box, and you've heard zero, nada testimony about the defendant, at that point you are asked is the defendant guilty or not guilty? How would you personally vote, Guilty or not guilty? Where are the lawyers here? Answer: NOT GUILTY, you are assumed not guilty because you are assumed to be innocent until proven guilty. |
Seems to me the mom is what is wrong with America. Been looking for marks for years so she can get the big fat check. A big +1 to innocent until PROVEN guilty. Anyone can file false charges, this is America, remember? |
He isn't as rich as people believe, he is over his head in debt. Sony, I believe is waiting to see if he is convicted, they are going to get the Beatles catalog that MJ owns because MJ put the catalog down as colateral for his last album which was a utter failure. He owes Sony a beaucoup load of money. If they wait for him to be convicted, they get no bad press for taking the catalog. |
Why? Cause he looks freaky. He doesn’t know if he wants to be black or white. Some people would say us gun owners are what wrong with this country. Just because we think something is true doesn’t mean it is how many people think that all ak-47's and AR-15's are full auto. How many people think that you can shoot a plane out of the sky with a 50bmg single shot. Just because you think something is true doesn’t mean it is. when asked if I think Michael Jackson is guilty I answer "I don’t know" just like if someone asked me if one of the ARfcom guys was guilty of illegal gun owner ship Id say I don’t know...... |

He's guilty. However, the mother of the victim should be a co-defendant as she put the kid in his care. That she did does not take away the fact that he was indeed molested. If Jackson walks, it'll most likely be because the defense attacked the mother's character. It's going to be a mess any way you slice it. I just hope we're not subjected to daily close-ups of that freaky looking jackass. I don't know who is plastic surgeon is, but he ought to be disqualified to work on live people. |
Folks IF any of us here were actually on the Jury that is sitting in California, y'all would certainly be right. BUT THIS IS NOT THE JURY ROOM! The 'Innocent until proven guilty' is a legal construction for criminal trials under our system of Justice. It is not some sort of silly trump card that you can play when the issue of a particular defendant's guilt or innocence is being discussed by folks who will not have any say in the criminal proceeding. Are any of y'all witnesses in the trial? Are any of y'all jurors sitting in judgment? No, then we are all free to speculate upon the guilt or innocence of this fellow. Sixth Amendment meets the First Amendment! Actually, even that is not quite true, the Sixth Amendment only secures a criminal defendant's right to an 'impartial jury.' The 'presumption of innocence' is NOT a Constitutionally protected or secured right, at all. It is a legal theory only. It could be changed at the drop of a hat, IF public opinion changed, and the Courts accepted such a change. But don't fret, it's very unlikely to happen. Eric The(Legalistic)Hun

If I was a juror this would be my opinion.....but in a poll and for the evidence I have seen so far my opinion is guilty. He will walk. I am pretty sure of that. He has the cash. |
Something tells me he is a molester, but parents who kept letting their kids spend the night at neverland should be shot. They knew their kids would be molested, but they sacraficed them for a big settlement. Michael should go to jail, if for nothing else than exceeding the # of plastic surgeries a man is allowed, while still claiming to be a man. The parents should go to jail, have their kids taken away from them, and made sure the parents never had access to them again. |
he WONT EVER SEE PRISON ... in fact i believe that if he gets convicted he will FLY TO FRANCE AND HANG OUT WITH ROMAN POLANSKI. i think he might get nailed on smaller charges of "contributing to the delinquincy of a minor" (giving children booze and pron) and that might be good enough for him to never be in the presence of a minor ever again ... or at least without 100% parental supervision. i think he will just pull up stakes and head out of the country, and give some televised guilt trip before he goes. hes got tons of 3rd world kids to molest, at least until his own kids grow up enough for him to molest. |

Facts that we know are true: 1. Mom is a scam artist. She even had a previous case she made tossed out because it was discovered her children were giving a "coached" testimony. She has stalked other celebrities to try and find an angle to their piggybanks. 2. It is widely known that Jackson wrote a big fat check to make a previous unproven allegation go away. 4. Said mom takes her child to Jackson's home, repeatedly. Leaves him in unmonitored situations where the only witnesses are Jackson & the child. 5. Jackson gets charged for child molestation by said mom. Sorry, it's all just a little too neat and convenient. Something is basking shark-size fishy here. Unless you have a 24/7 Jackson pee-pee cam I don't see how in the hell you can be so sure he is guilty. People like this mom would sell their kids down the river for a prada handbag. If, and it's a big fat if, he is guilty then I hope he gets maximum sentence(I doubt he would though since he is a "special person" ie celebrity). I think it is just as likely though that this charge is bullshit and is actually a fishing lure that the mom tossed out looking for a payday from Jackson. |

You know, his fingerprints and the young boy's fingerprints being on the same page in an adult sex book is pretty damning to me. Plus, no one pays out multi-million dollar settlements to avoid raps they know they can beat. Plus, sleeping with pre-pubescent boys in the same bed by a man (?) in his mid-thirties is not exactly conducive to me thinking he may be innocent. Now, this matter about the boy's mother bringing her son around Michael Jackson AFTER the well known previous molesting case was settled..... You know how many white chicks still date OJ Simpson?
